There are several popular manga series that have transitioned from being published in Shonen Jump to other magazines for various reasons.

Below are some notable titles:
1. Black Clover
Black Clover began its publication in Weekly Shonen Jump starting February 2015. Over the years, it has become one of the most popular series with a significant fanbase. However, on August 21, 2023, it was announced that Black Clover will transition to Jump Giga.

The reason for this change, as stated by the author Yuki Tabata, is that the current weekly manga schedule is no longer feasible given his situation as a creator.
2. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations
Boruto initially started its long run in Weekly Shonen Jump in May 2016 until 2019. However, since July 2019, this work has been moved to V Jump.

3. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure
From 1987 to 2004, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure was a staple in Shonen Jump. The first chapters of Steel Ball Run (the seventh part of JoJo) continued to be published in Weekly Shonen Jump until March 2005, when it transitioned to Ultra Jump. Subsequent parts, such as JoJolion and JoJoland, have also been featured in Ultra Jump.

4. Gintama
Gintama ran weekly in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2003 to 2018. After that, it moved to Jump Giga in December 2018. The final part of the Gintama series was published in the Gintama magazine.

Although the Gintama manga is a collection of various stories, it still contains several arcs developed over many consecutive chapters.
5. World Trigger
World Trigger is a manga that has been serialized for a long time. This shonen series, written by Daisuke Ashihara, began its publication in Weekly Shonen Jump in February 2013 and was adapted into an anime the following year.

As of December 2018, World Trigger continued its publication in WSJ before moving to Jump SQ (Jump Square). The second season of the anime adaptation was broadcast in early 2021.
6. D.Gray-Man
D.Gray-Man was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2004 until April 2009. After this, it moved to Jump Square from 2009 until 2013.

In 2015, it was announced that D.Gray-Man would appear in Jump Square Crown, a new magazine from Shueisha. Unfortunately, Jump Square Crown ceased publication starting January 19, 2018. After that, D.Gray-Man continued its serialization in Jump Square Rise starting in 2018.
