What is Bakugan?
Bakugan Battle Brawlers is an animated series produced by TMS Entertainment and Japan Vistec under the direction of Mitsuo Hashimoto. The story focuses on the life of creatures known as Bakugan and their owners. Despite initial failure in Japan, the franchise has since expanded to North America and Canada, leading to the creation of the sequel series, New Vestroia, which aired in various countries before Japan.

In a different world known as Vestroia, the Bakugan warriors are known for their typical and familiar roles among the local inhabitants. This world is governed by the powerful Silent Core and Infinity Core, which belong to the siblings Bakugan Naga and Wavern. However, Naga aspires to dominate Vestroia and has used the powers of the Silent Core to conquer it, making this land incredibly dangerous for its inhabitants.
One day, seven friends including Dan, Shun, Runo, Marucho, Julie, Alice, and Joe suddenly received the battle cards from the Vestroia world. The group discovered the power of these cards: they could summon powerful battle robots. From there, the friends became Bakugan warriors, using their new powers to protect Earth and restore peace to Vestroia.
