Superman Vs Maxima (Action Comics #651)
Maxima, in the comic, is depicted as a powerful heroine, but she often finds herself in opposition to Superman. Many fans refer to her as “The Girl of Steel,” given her main objective of finding a mate to escape her single life on Almerac.
Maxima possesses superpowers that allow her to quickly bond with Superman. In Action Comics #651, she attempts to seduce Superman, emphasizing their genetic compatibility. However, Superman rejects her advances, which leads Maxima to angrily crash into Superman’s vehicle (despite it being a mere car, it likely got demolished). Superman, being the strong hero he is, ultimately retaliates with a mighty punch. Maxima, having underestimated him, is knocked out cold after a brief struggle, showcasing her formidable strength.
Sentry vs Ares (Siege, 2010)
In a surprising turn of events, Norman Osborn, aka Green Goblin and Spider-Man’s nemesis, becomes the leader of a new team of Avengers. Osborn later manipulates Loki to use his forces to attack Asgard.
During the battle with Asgard, the God of War Ares, who is part of Osborn’s Dark Avengers, realizes the danger of their situation and aims to eliminate Osborn before he can fulfill his plans. The Hulk vs Starfox (The Incredible Hulk #300)

The Hulk vs Abomination (Incredible Hulk #270)
Galaxy Master is an extraterrestrial being created to serve as a judge, but he ultimately seeks to eliminate the very beings that created him. After Hulk defeats him several times, he brings Abomination into the fray to face Hulk. When Abomination finally appears, he tries to ambush Hulk but underestimates him, allowing Hulk to grow stronger.
Following their fight, Hulk unleashes his full power, sending Abomination flying and leaving the Galaxy Master with no choice but to reconsider his existence.
Alfred vs Superman (Injustice Series)
There has often been much debate among fans regarding the untapped potential of characters like Alfred. In the Injustice series, after the Joker tricks Superman into killing his beloved, he becomes consumed by grief, which causes him to act recklessly.
This reckless behavior leads to a confrontation with Batman, and both have a fierce argument in the Batcave, where Superman feels compelled to “take it easy” on Batman. Alfred, meanwhile, manages to slip Superman a sedative, significantly weakening him.
Spider-Man vs Titania (Secret Wars #8)
Titania is considered one of the strongest female characters in Marvel, using her enhanced strength to become one of the most formidable opponents in the superhero universe. She even once managed to get the upper hand against She-Hulk, showcasing her prowess.
In this superhero showdown, Spider-Man uses his experience and cunning to outsmart Titania, who, despite her immense strength, is caught off guard by Spider-Man’s agility and quick thinking.
