At the end of this year, Warner Bros will premiere the blockbuster project Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Although it has not yet been released, the film has already garnered global attention and enthusiasm. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them marks the screen adaptation of J.K. Rowling’s original work, which expands the universe of the Harry Potter series that has captivated audiences for years.
The screenplay draws inspiration from the textbook written by Newt Scamander, which is taught at Hogwarts. The film is produced by David Heyman, who was behind all eight Harry Potter films. The cast includes Eddie Redmayne, Dan Fogler, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, and Colin Farrell under the direction of David Yates.

Characters that the author J.K. Rowling loves most in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them
“The heart of the story I’ve written, and certainly the heart of this film, is focused on the character of Newt Scamander,” Rowling elaborates. “When I was writing Harry Potter, I felt a great fondness for Newt Scamander, so I delved quite a bit into his character.”
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them centers around the legendary character Scamander from Hogwarts, set 60 years before Harry first steps into the magical school. Scamander is a mysterious magical zoologist who emerges in the world of magic.
He travels to New York on a journey to discover and document magical creatures. The story takes place years before Harry Potter and his friends Ron and Hermione arrive at the magical Hogwarts School. The research of Newt Scamander will become the textbook used in the studies of future students.
