Logan is the next installment in the film series dedicated to the life of the iconic character Wolverine (played by Hugh Jackman), and it has made a significant impact on fans with its hauntingly simple yet dark promotional posters. Now, it continues to engage us with the release of its official trailer.

The trailer, running just over two minutes, reveals many intriguing aspects of the upcoming film set to be released in 2017.
The film draws inspiration from the comic book series “Old Man Logan,” set in a dystopian future where Logan has aged significantly. Not only has he grown older, but his healing abilities have weakened considerably compared to his former self. Coupled with the events that have transpired in recent years, Logan is determined to distance himself from the chaos and never again unleash his claws.
In the trailer, Xavier – Charles appears to be regaining his mental faculties after a long period of confusion, as he tries to guide Logan back to his former self, who has been deeply scarred by past events.
The film’s setting is a future world where mutants have nearly been eradicated, leaving only a few survivors scattered among the rubble of cities. Logan encounters X-23, a young girl with similar regenerative abilities as his. Following Charles’ advice, Logan assists X-23 in escaping from dangerous pursuers.
Logan will feature notable villains, including Donald Pierce, a cybernetic mutant working for the Hellfire Club, who leads a group of cybernetic Reavers in pursuit of mutants. The trailer also hints at another character, whose identity remains a mystery, possibly Caliban, a mutant with connections to Mister Sinister.
The film is scheduled to premiere on March 3, 2017.
