Team Composition for TFT Set 13
Upon the release of TFT Set 13, the meta surrounding the composition has shifted significantly, especially due to the absence of strong champions for early-game aggression. The initial viability of this composition relies heavily on Corki and Rumble at the end of the game, making this build somewhat weaker in the pre-level 9 phase. Therefore, players often find themselves in situations where they cannot effectively upgrade Corki and Rumble, as they have faced increasing competition and diminishing returns.

However, with the recent patch 13.3, the composition has received a significant boost in power. Firstly, the duration of the shield provided by the Tactics is increased by 4 seconds, allowing for stronger interactions with high-damage champions.
Additionally, two key champions at the beginning of the game, Trundle and Gangplank, have also seen substantial buffs, enabling them to deal more damage and sustain better in fights. This change will help the composition not only remain competitive in matches but also maintain a strong presence in the late-game meta.
French Mage Composition in TFT Set 13
Although it is designed to serve as a magical powerhouse, the French Mage composition is currently facing some significant issues and “struggles” in the current meta. The main reason for the decline in the effectiveness of the French Mage is the reliance on mana regeneration compared to the more versatile compositions available. The result is that while the spell damage is increased, the French Mage is not utilized and is rated quite low.

Moving to patch 13.3, Riot Games has decided to increase only the spell power for the French Mage while maintaining the champion’s ability to deal damage. Additionally, LeBlanc has also been granted an increased attack speed to interact better with her abilities in the late game.
Furthermore, Vladimir’s “hero” ability has also been significantly buffed, which will help this champion and the French Mage as a whole rise in the meta tier list.
Guardian Composition in TFT Set 13
When examining the effectiveness and impact of the Guardian champions in TFT Set 13, players will notice that this composition is quite unique in terms of design. Essentially, the effectiveness of this composition will primarily increase due to the buff in damage and sustain when engaged in combat.
However, there are several champions like Steb, Lloris, or any other that are not utilized to their full potential within this composition. The result is that players may struggle to effectively use the “damage dealers” with the Guardian champions, leading to suboptimal performance.

This situation will further change in patch 13.3 as Riot increases the damage output for both Camille and Twisted Fate, allowing them to synergize better with the overall composition. Additionally, the defensive capabilities of the Guardian champions are substantially improved compared to Steb and Lloris, who see buffs in survivability and damage mitigation.
These changes will allow the Guardian composition to regain its strength and inflict powerful damage without relying solely on damage-dealing champions as before.
