Uzi Faces “Difficult Times” as Fans Criticize Him
For many years, League of Legends fans have been familiar with Uzi, a legendary player from the LPL region. Even during a brief return to competition with EDG, Uzi helped the team to regain momentum and drew significant attention. However, with such a massive reputation, many fans are now concerned about Uzi’s career trajectory after he announced his retirement.

However, things have changed rapidly in the past few months as Uzi’s livestreaming career appears to be facing a serious decline. According to reports from Sohu, the number of viewers tuning into Uzi’s streams has dropped by up to 80%, and he has not met the streaming goals set for him. In fact, during December alone, he expressed disappointment at not being able to attract enough viewers.

The turning point came on December 31 when Uzi publicly lamented about this situation during a livestream. He even expressed feelings of jealousy towards Doinb, stating that when he was active during the 2019 World Championship, if he were to return to competition, he would have had a hard time doing so. This admission has left many fans surprised as Uzi has acknowledged making some mistakes recently, and the phrase “declining popularity” has unfortunately become associated with this legendary player.

The New Year Brings Challenges for Uzi
With the decline in viewership, Uzi has become a symbol closely associated with League of Legends and the remarkable moments he created while playing this game. This has also become a major point for Uzi to attract viewers. However, his recent choices to play different games (like PUBG) have contrasted sharply with this situation. As a result, the audience that previously followed Uzi during his League of Legends streams now seems less interested as he moves into other games.

It is important to note that unlike Doinb, Uzi does not have a quirky personality or a tendency to create content on stream. Therefore, his transition to playing other games (outside of League of Legends) does not resonate well with his audience. If he does not return to focusing on League of Legends, Uzi’s livestreaming career may face even tougher challenges in the coming year.
