Faker is one of the top contenders in League of Legends (LoL) history, and he is currently the oldest player competing in the LCK for the 2025 season. With each match, Faker is inching closer to a historic achievement that no one has accomplished before: 1000 wins in the LCK.
Currently, Faker needs just 6 more victories to reach this milestone, which would require at least 3 more wins in upcoming matches. He could potentially achieve this at the upcoming LCK Cup 2025, a tournament that is considered a testing ground for the Fearless Draft system.
Additionally, Faker’s current win rate stands at 66.7%, the highest for any player with over 900 matches played. For those who may not know, the player with the closest win count to Faker is Chovy, who trails by over 300 victories (636 compared to 994).
Faker’s Achievements Will Be Hard to Surpass
As mentioned, with a win count difference of over 300, the total number of wins a player would need to surpass the 1000-win mark in a single LCK season is 42. Chovy would need to compete for nearly 9 more seasons to catch up to Faker’s record (which would equate to more than 4 years as a professional player). If Faker continues to play and does not retire from any match, the gap will be extremely challenging to bridge.
Therefore, it can be stated that Faker’s achievements are destined to remain unparalleled in the history of League of Legends and the LCK.
