As previously reported, in 2025, several teams from the VCS will not participate in domestic tournaments as usual, but will represent their regions in the LCP 2025 – a tournament exclusively organized for APAC teams to compete for spots in MSI and Worlds. However, alongside these teams, a super star from Vietnamese showbiz is set to make an appearance, specifically the female singer Tóc Tiên.
Specifically, on the evening of January 14, the female singer was unexpectedly announced on the official page of the LCP 2025 tournament to perform at the official opening day of the tournament. At the same time, she also shared her excitement in a post about being the first Vietnamese female singer to appear in a high-level international tournament of the League of Legends community.

The images released hinted that the singer might cosplay as the character Mel from the recently launched game during the 2025 season.
