The manga One Piece is currently unfolding in the Elbaf arc. Some members of the Straw Hat Pirates, including Luffy, Nami, Sanji, Zoro, Chopper, and Usopp, are facing off against the giants, while the remaining crew members are worried about the mysterious disappearance of their companions.
Chapter 1130 of One Piece reveals the group of Robin, along with Lilith, Bonney, Kuma, and the giants heading towards Elbaf.
This indicates that the Straw Hat Pirates will soon be in the territory of the Elbaf Kingdom. Moreover, the mysterious figure of Loki, the king of Elbaf, has been revealed for the first time.
This character does not resemble the shadowy figure that Oda previously depicted; in fact, he has a rather random appearance.

Loki is currently 63 years old and was first mentioned by Chiffon in Chapter 858. According to Chiffon, Loki had a fateful encounter with Lola, leading to a rather hasty engagement. Big Mom was of course delighted and very happy, as her daughter’s marriage would help strengthen ties, even though the relationship between her and the giants is not very good.
However, this marriage did not come to fruition as Lola was determined to find true love. Big Mom then put Chiffon on hold since both were twins but had been separated due to a betrayal.
Loki has a significant influence in the Elbaf Kingdom, as in Chapter 866, there is a detail mentioning that the giants were not preparing for a feast on the day of the king’s birth.

Now, in Chapter 1130 of One Piece, Loki is revealed to be a formidable giant, known as the “King of the Giants.”
He has succeeded King Harald, his royal father, to claim an ancient artifact that has been passed down through the royal family. After this, Loki has consumed a powerful Devil Fruit, although this chapter does not disclose any details about the fruit apart from its name. Loki is exceptionally strong, making it difficult for the giants of Elbaf to capture him. Even though he has been caught, his strength has forced all the warriors of Elbaf to focus on containment.
Luffy happens to encounter Loki while exploring the forest and finds the giant trapped in a tree, and both introduce themselves. In a brief conversation, Loki introduces himself as the “God of Destruction” and proclaims that he will bring an end to the world.
Although One Piece Chapter 1130 does not introduce the king, it does indicate that the royal family in Elbaf is in a state of turmoil. With Loki, the only known prince now imprisoned as a criminal, currently, no one can control the kingdom.
