One Piece Excites Fans
The anime One Piece by Eiichiro Oda once again takes the top spot with episode 1114 released. This episode has given fans a glimpse of the immense power of Garp as he employs one of his strongest attacks known as Galaxy Impact on the pirate island of Hachinosu.
Although Garp only used this singular attack up until now, it has caused devastation and destruction at a level that cannot be quantified. This has led fans of One Piece to ponder how strong Garp will become during his peak time. However, Garp’s past strength is one of the reasons he is regarded as a prominent figure in the Marine Corps.
One of Garp’s most famous battles is the God Valley Incident, where he fought against the Rocks Pirates with the help of Gol D. Roger. Therefore, if Eiichiro Oda plans to detail the entire battle in the God Valley Incident, it will undoubtedly break many records, including the legendary Marineford arc (which is considered the best storyline in One Piece history).

Episode 1114 of One Piece not only shocked the entire fandom but also became one of the highest-rated episodes in recent history. The episode starts with the members of SWORD and the Marine Corps, including Koby and other personnel, initiating a raid on Hachinosu Island, as Garp decides to take his ship up and land in the heart of the island.
However, before doing so, he also released a massive attack known as Galaxy Impact. This attack nearly leveled the entire island. Despite this, Vice Admiral Garp did not seem to show any remorse for the destruction caused by the attack, and the old age has made him more endearing, adding a unique charm to this character.
While he was conversing with Koby and other Marine officers, a shadowy figure of Garp appeared. This figure turned out to be Aokiji Kuzan, the former Admiral of the Marines. When Kuzan spoke with Koby, Garp was seen looking despondent about Kuzan’s actions, marking the end of the episode but signaling the beginning of one of the most epic battles in One Piece.
One Piece Fans Hope for the God Valley Incident to be Animated
The destruction that Garp caused on Hachinosu Island was just a mere glimpse, leading One Piece fans to eagerly anticipate the confrontation between him and the Blackbeard Pirates. This battle is expected to be one of the most symbolic moments in the manga, and it will certainly be the same for the anime series.
However, One Piece fans are still very eager to see Garp at his peak and hope that Eiichiro Oda will soon complete the God Valley Incident, featuring one of the largest battles in history.
Additionally, fans have taken to Reddit to express their dissatisfaction with Toei Animation and their hopes regarding the adaptation of the God Valley Incident.
While Oda’s reappearance of the God Valley Incident is still uncertain, one thing is for sure: One Piece fans will witness Garp battling against the shadowy figure of his past and the remaining members of the Blackbeard Pirates. However, fans may have to wait a bit since episode 1115 will focus on Aokiji’s past and his encounters with the Blackbeard Pirates.
