One Piece is officially back after a long hiatus this autumn, and the latest chapter of this manga brings a dramatic return with the first glimpse of the Elbaf arc after many eras of buildup.
With the latest chapter, the manga has officially kicked off the highly anticipated Elbaf arc of One Piece. Chapter 1132 reveals the first look at the hometown of the giants on Elbaf. This new land is depicted as grander in scale than any seen in previous chapters.
The Giant Warrior Pirates finally arrive on Elbaf
In chapter 1132, the story centers around the Giant Warrior Pirates and the remaining members of the crew officially reaching Elbaf as the Great Eirik ship approaches a mysterious floating island located between the seas and the second tier of the Elbaph tree. This floating island was created by the giants aboard the ship, who have been using Painter (Sun Stone) to maintain its structure.

Dorry and Brogy explain that the Elbaph tree is divided into three distinct tiers: the top tier is the Heavenly realm, the second tier is the Earthly realm, and the first tier is the Underworld. As the Giant Warrior Pirates approach the second tier of Elbaph, it turns out that Luffy’s group is also currently residing there.
The Earthly realm is filled with numerous villages and is quite vast, making it difficult to see the entire community at once. The villages are built among towering trees, surrounded by lush greenery. This tier also features a large castle, reminiscent of the castles built in the Lego model of the land.
The scene from the Giant Warrior Pirates showcases the grandeur of the giant’s village, as Luffy and Usopp excitedly rush to gather water from the fountain. Meanwhile, Robin, Nami, Bonney, and Lilith are seen enjoying the serene atmosphere, while Zoro, Franky, Brook, and Jinbe look on in amazement.

This also marks the first time the entire scene of Elbaph has been revealed. A vast landscape appears, truly showcasing the grandeur of what could be the birthplace of the giants.
