Dragon Ball Super has yet to confirm whether Broly will undergo a transformation in this season, leading to skepticism among some fans. His legendary form may indeed be enhanced and has been shown to be stronger than Goku’s Super Saiyan Blue.
However, there are currently no indications that Broly could combine both transformations to reach a new, higher level while elevating his legendary status, as it seems more like a distant dream at this point.
