The title currently making waves in the gaming community is Dynasty Warriors: Origins – a blockbuster game set to launch in early 2025.
With a successful reveal and positive feedback from players, Dynasty Warriors: Origins has kicked off its 2025 launch in a rather impressive manner. Additionally, its gameplay style has surprised many, particularly with its challenging difficulty level.

Historically, the Dynasty Warriors series has often been perceived as “button-mashing” games meant to secure victories in large-scale battles against hordes of enemies.
However, Dynasty Warriors: Origins has completely changed the game. In its initial playthrough, each level doesn’t have too many distinct features except for a few bosses that challenge players. Particularly, the battles against Guan Yu or Cao Ning have been notorious. Nevertheless, our characters still tend to have significant power-ups. But every level changes as soon as it enters a new difficulty mode, Ultimate Warrior.

According to notes from various gaming platforms, even when players start to encounter the Ultimate Warrior mode, they have already unlocked all skills and can utilize them to the fullest. Yet, they still face numerous challenges. Notably, the boss battles are designed to be no different from the boss fights in many Soulslike games. Moreover, even standard enemy soldiers can deal significant damage, and often, players need to strategize effectively.

Importantly, few games can genuinely compete with the battle mechanics alongside Lu Bu in Ha Phì. Many players are even comparing this battle to the experience of soloing the final boss Malenia in Elden Ring.
