The first character in Boruto who truly feels something unique about Himawari is Daemon. In the initial part of the Boruto manga, Daemon was shocked upon seeing Himawari. According to him, although the girl appears to have a gentle demeanor, there is something incredibly powerful within her.

Although there hasn’t been a definitive explanation regarding the “power” within Himawari, the implications following the events of Chapter 9 in Part 2 of Boruto suggest that Daemon is hinting at a hidden potential that Himawari possesses, which does not seem to originate from the “strong” Bijuu chakra.
Currently, it has been confirmed that Kurama’s chakra has been residing within Himawari for quite some time. Therefore, when Daemon senses something, it is indeed the chakra of the nine-tailed fox that he is picking up on. A powerful entity like Daemon would not be surprised that he is the only one capable of perceiving this, while even Naruto, Boruto, Kawaki, and other skilled ninjas are unable to do so.
Daemon is now one of the strongest characters in Boruto. Although he is rarely seen using his own strength, it is clear that he can and will unleash it if the situation arises, especially if Eida’s life is in danger. The possibility of Himawari becoming the next jinchuriki of Kurama could place her on par with Daemon.
