One of the Most Iconic Shonen Battle Manga: Jujutsu Kaisen Features Some Notable Battles
The manga Jujutsu Kaisen has concluded its spectacular storyline in September 2024, while the anime is currently awaiting the release of its third season.
10. Kinji Hakari vs Hajime Kashimo

The Culling Game arc of Jujutsu Kaisen will be showcased in the upcoming third season of the anime, where Kinji Hakari will make his appearance. He is briefly introduced in the first season as one of Gojo’s students, believed to have the potential to surpass him.
After Panda is defeated by Kashimo, the battle between Kinji Hakari and Hajime Kashimo unfolds in the following chapters. Hakari introduces himself as a formidable fighter. His Idle Death Gamble allows him to start from a winning point for 4 minutes and 11 seconds after triggering a specific condition. The battle is intense as Hakari continues without the threat of death during the duration of his ability.
On the other hand, Kashimo possesses a unique electrical cursed energy, making every attack lethal. The fight concludes with Hakari’s victory. However, he declines to take Kashimo’s power because of their evenly matched skills. Hakari seems almost indifferent to the idea of winning.
9. Satoru Gojo vs Jogo

This marks the first time Gojo displays his full strength. As the strongest sorcerer in the current era, Gojo has undoubtedly proven his power against a formidable foe no one in the Jujutsu world can easily overcome. Gojo not only counters Jogo’s attacks but also prepares Yuji for future threats.
Jogo, who possesses immense strength derived from Sukuna’s fingers, is confident he can withstand the mightiest sorcerer of his time, but he is immediately overwhelmed when confronting Gojo. He even appears before Gojo without any plans to counter his abilities and must pay the price for underestimating him.
Jogo’s power and domain expansion are among the strongest techniques we’ve seen in the series thus far. However, they are eventually countered by Gojo’s Cursed Technique Reversal: Red. Gojo could easily overpower Jogo after a failed attempt, but Hanami intervenes, allowing them to escape.
8. Yuji Itadori vs Choso

The first encounter between the two brothers concludes dramatically during the Shibuya Incident. Choso only seeks revenge for Eso and Kechizu by attacking Yuji. He joins Kenjaku’s side and plays a significant role in the deaths of many civilians. Choso is ready to confront Yuji, wasting no time before unleashing his blood manipulation techniques. This battle is portrayed in Part 2.
The fight reveals Yuji’s adaptability and resilience against Choso’s powerful Blood Manipulation technique. Despite this, Choso easily lands blows on Yuji and nearly defeats him. However, Choso’s psychological state reveals a connection he has not previously acknowledged. He begins to realize that Yuji is indeed his brother and may protect him throughout the remaining story arc.
7. Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo vs Mahito

Mahito has been a consistent adversary for Yuji since the Mahito arc. This curse has caused immense distress throughout the Shibuya arc and poses a real threat to Yuji’s mental state. After killing Junpei, Mahito attempts to manipulate Yuji’s soul into despair.
When he faces off against Yuji, Aoi Todo arrives just in time to help him regain his composure. The synergy between the duo has always been evident since their battle against Hanami in the Kyoto Goodwill Event arc.
In the Shibuya arc, Todo’s Boogie Woogie proves crucial in their confrontation with a powerful enemy like Mahito. This battle also highlights Yuji’s growth as a sorcerer. Just as Yuji is about to defeat Mahito, Kenjaku intervenes, prompting the curse to escape. Todo suffers injuries after losing his left arm and is unable to utilize his cursed technique for assistance.
6. Yuta Okkotsu vs Ryu Ishigori vs Takaka Uro

After a year of training with Miguel in the United States, Yuta returns to Japan to participate in the Shibuya Incident, an event that shakes the Jujutsu world significantly. He confronts the main battles initiated by the higher-ups and bears the emotional weight of discovering Gojo’s capture.
Yuta also takes part in the battles that Kenjaku begins to execute. Kenjaku has sacrificed numerous sorcerers and manipulated others to join the Culling Game.
Ryu and Uro are among the strongest sorcerers introduced in the third season. Both possess unique abilities and can manipulate the environment. Their battle against each other is not merely a simple fight. In Chapter 178, the three engage in a fierce clash, but Kururousuhi intervenes. Ultimately, Yuta secures victory in the three-way battle.
