In an interview with St Headline, renowned actor Tien Tieu Hao shared insights about his marriage to Khao Thien Minh over the past decade. The 60-year-old actor mentioned that he and his partner have maintained a non-exclusive relationship.
“We have work commitments and varying schedules. We choose not to have a traditional exclusive marriage, not because of strict rules, but because we want to enjoy our time together,” Tien Tieu Hao explained to St Headline.

Tien Tieu Hao married Khao Thien Minh in 2001, and they have a 21-year-old daughter. Previously, the actor from Journey to the West was married to Quach Tu Van, with whom he has a child named Tien Hao Nhiem.
Born in 1963, Tien Tieu Hao became a prominent actor in the 1980s. According to Sina, he has participated in over 100 films and television series, in addition to his martial arts training.
The actor gained significant recognition for his role in Thái Cực Trường Tam Phong alongside Ly Lien Kiet and Dương Tử Quỳnh, later appearing as a heroic character with Ly Lien Kiet. He is also known as the elder brother of Tien Gia Lac, a famous TVB star known for roles in Destiny in the Sky, People in the River, and Hoang Phi Hong.
In Vietnam, Tien Tieu Hao is well-known for his roles in various films alongside Lam Chinh Anh, such as Journey to the West, Journey to the West: The Ghosts and the Wild Boars, and The Wild Boar Monastery. During the golden age of martial arts films, Tien Tieu Hao earned the title of Hong Kong’s “King of Action Scenes.”
In recent years, he has participated in numerous films in the martial arts genre, although he has not achieved the same level of popularity as he did in the 1990s.


Over more than 30 years in film, Tien Tieu Hao’s most significant scandal involved a controversy regarding inappropriate images featuring him and over 30 women. He faced legal consequences following his arrest by the police in July 2020.
Upon his release, Tien Tieu Hao was subject to a confidentiality agreement due to ongoing legal matters. He will also be under financial penalties and surveillance for the next two years.
