Recently, Warner Bros. released the first trailer for the upcoming sequel to Dune – Dune: Part Two. Following the events of the first installment, this new installment will focus on Paul Atreides’ journey as he adapts to the way of life of the Fremen, the indigenous people of the planet Arrakis, while also plotting to take revenge against House Harkonnen. Dune 2 will be adapted from the second part of the iconic novel series by Frank Herbert, first published in 1965.
The trailer also showcases Paul facing numerous challenges, including a duel with Jamis, which is crucial for him to gain the trust of the Fremen. One major highlight is the intense battle atop a Sandworm, a massive and dangerous creature. This very act is what causes the Fremen to rally behind Paul, seeing him as a potential leader for their cause.

Dune: Part Two will welcome back Timothée Chalamet (as Paul Atreides), Zendaya (Chani), Rebecca Ferguson (Lady Jessica), Dave Bautista (Glossu Rabban), Josh Brolin (Gurney Halleck), along with new faces such as Austin Butler (Feyd-Rautha) and Florence Pugh (Irulan).
According to the schedule, Dune: Part Two is set to be released on November 3 of this year.
