Boruto, the sequel to the globally acclaimed manga Naruto, has long been a topic of heated debate within the anime and manga community. However, the second part of the Boruto manga, titled “Two Blue Vortex”, has recently garnered significant attention.
After a lengthy three-month hiatus, the Boruto manga returned with its second part, “Two Blue Vortex”, boasting a higher rating than before. With a new storyline exploring the aftermath of the time skip, fans are eagerly anticipating the evolution of their favorite characters.

The previous chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex concluded with Boruto introducing a completely new type of Rasengan known as “Rasengan Uzuhiko.”
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 3 is set to be released on October 20, 2023. This chapter will be titled “Uzuhiko!“, featuring Himawari on the cover art.
This upcoming chapter will continue the storyline, where Boruto faces off against Code. While the characters are still grappling with the aftermath of the previous events, Code begins to take an aggressive stance towards Boruto.
Boruto demonstrates a brand-new ability and skillfully maneuvers around Code’s left arm while interpreting Code’s ability to manipulate his current form. He even sends a warning, asking Code to lead him to the Ten Tails, should he not wish to be eliminated by Code.
Code demands that Boruto stop resisting if he possesses the power to do so. Code then attempts to extract Boruto’s abilities, but his attack fails to hit its target.
Shortly after, without wasting any more time, Boruto counterattacks Code using the Rasengan Uzuhiko. This new technique of Boruto is called “Rotating of The Star,” channeling chakra to create a star-shaped attack.
Meanwhile, Kawaki appears to utilize his Dojutsu (eye technique) to counter Code’s escape.
However, before anyone could react, Code releases a clone of the Ten Tails, which also escapes. Kawaki intends to confront Boruto after three years and the interactions between them are just beginning.
Fortunately, just before Code could escape with the clone, Boruto managed to intercept a creature to track down and identify the location of the Ten Tails.
This chapter concludes with the creature confirming that it has spotted the Ten Tails after three years, and Code has fully absorbed its chakra.
The next chapter of the Boruto manga is set to be released next month. The story will continue to follow its established timeline.
