A Mobile Game Dominates Global Revenue Rankings in March 2025
In March 2025, we witnessed a remarkable shift in the global mobile game revenue rankings, as Last War: Survival officially claimed the top spot, surpassing the long-standing champion, Honor of Kings, and catching the gaming community by surprise.

This strategic MMO game grossed an impressive $153.2 million within just one month, a figure that has propelled it past several other competitors. Notably, Last War: Survival is not a new title, but in recent months, the game has made significant strides with major content updates, engaging events, and effective marketing strategies.

In contrast, the steady decline of Honor of Kings has made Last War: Survival’s victory even more pronounced. With revenue now at only $120.6 million, its lowest since the beginning of the year, Tencent’s “big beast” has dropped to third place after months of dominating the charts. Meanwhile, other titles like Whiteout Survival ($148.9 million), Royal Match ($146.5 million), and PUBG Mobile ($140.5 million) are closely trailing, creating a fierce competition within the top five rankings.

Another Mobile Game Breaks Records

On the other hand, Block Blast! has also made headlines with its outstanding performance. With 39.4 million downloads, it saw a nearly 50% increase compared to February, proving that casual games can still attract significant attention. Notably, this marks the third consecutive month that Block Blast! has topped the global download charts.

Following closely are the massive hit Roblox with 18.7 million downloads and Subway Surfers with 14.4 million, indicating that casual games continue to make a substantial impact on the gaming community. Other titles like Pizza Ready! (11.7 million), Craft Block World Building (11.6 million), and Ludo King (11.3 million) also rank high among simple gameplay options, catering to a wide range of age groups.
