A Variety of Classic Games Make a Comeback on Mobile
After a prolonged absence from the gaming scene, a selection of iconic mobile games like Deus Ex Go, Hitman Sniper, Lara Croft: Relic Run, and Tomb Raider Reloaded have officially returned to both the Android and iOS platforms, marking a significant revival for many players who have long cherished these titles.

These games were initially developed by Square Enix Montreal, a well-known studio recognized for its high-quality and innovative game development. After being acquired by Embracer Group in May 2022 for a valuation of up to $300 million, the studio was renamed Studio Onoma.
However, by November 2022, Onoma announced the closure of its operations and halted development on several titles, including Hitman Sniper: The Shadows, Deus Ex Go, Arena Battle Champions, and Space Invaders: Hidden Heroes. This news left the gaming community disheartened, as these titles were highly rated for their engaging content and quality experiences.

Now, under the new management of Deca Games—a studio under the Embracer Group—all of these games have officially made their return to mobile platforms. Notably, all the games mentioned above are now available for free to users (excluding Deus Ex Go).
These “OG” Classics Are Ready to Take Over This Summer
This revival not only brings back fond memories for longtime fans of these games but also provides an opportunity for a new generation of gamers to experience what are considered classic titles. After all, these games are equipped with engaging gameplay, unique design elements, and compelling narratives—features that have solidified their status in the global mobile gaming market.

Players can easily download these titles from the Google Play Store and App Store, hoping that with the new management, they will receive regular updates and long-term support, avoiding past issues like “abandonment.” While the mobile gaming landscape continues to evolve rapidly, high-quality titles will always attract attention and hold a special place in the hearts of gamers.
