Has the Official Fanpage of Arena of Valor Been Hacked?
Recently, the fanpage for Garena’s Arena of Valor – the official page for the beloved mobile game with over 3.8 million likes and 5.5 million followers – has raised concerns among players due to suspicious activity. Specifically, in the “About” section of the page, important information such as the address, contact email, and even the Instagram handle have been changed in a rather alarming manner.

Some of the suspicious information includes: “8380 Lockwood Road, 21122”, “[email protected]”, and “Annie Oshea vsqppin1e2”… These are clear signs indicating that someone has taken control of the page. Many gamers are understandably worried that this is a “hijack” of the fanpage for malicious purposes. This behavior could stem from various groups aiming to create chaos, “anti-fans” seeking revenge, vandalism, or just for entertainment.
Immediately, this information spread rapidly across gaming forums and Facebook groups. Thousands of confused comments emerged, with many players questioning whether this is a temporary issue, a minor technical glitch, or indeed a significant hack.
Has Arena of Valor Taken Action Against This Situation?
Fortunately, just a few minutes later, the administration of the Arena of Valor fanpage was able to notice the situation and quickly restored the page to its original state. Prior to the “hacked” situation, many gamers hoped that this was just a minor technical issue that could be easily resolved. However, if it indeed turns out that the fanpage was hacked, this could be a serious warning not only for Arena of Valor but also for other game brands regarding security and account management on social media.

In the past, there have been several cases where large fanpages in Vietnam suddenly lost control over their information, management rights, and were misused to post inappropriate or deceptive content. Although this incident was swiftly managed, it still left the gaming community feeling unsettled.
