The authorities have stated that this behavior constitutes a violation of the law, inciting social tension, illegal gambling, and causing negative impacts on the community.

Specifically, on April 17, the Hanoi City Police announced that the Cyber Security Department and the Crime Prevention Unit had processed two individuals, N.T.H. (26 years old, residing in Hoàng Mai District, Hanoi) and L. (28 years old, residing in Gia Lâm District, Hanoi) for their activities of supplying and sharing gambling-related information, causing confusion among the public, inciting violence, evil deeds, social disorder, gambling, or promoting gambling.
After the information was published, netizens were unable to stop speculating about the identity of the individual involved. It is known that “Cô Giáo H” has a fanpage with over a hundred thousand followers and frequently posts images showcasing her personal life. She often flaunts her striking appearance, perfect curves, and flawless fair skin. Currently, she is engaged in freelance business. Following the fine, the individual posted on her personal page: “I know I made a mistake, from now on I will try to be good and sell * only!” accompanied by a hot photo.
