On July 6-7, the Lam Dong Provincial Police handed over three individuals involved in the incident of being assaulted to two minors (students in grades 7) in Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The three individuals are Nguyen Vu Hao (30 years old, from Ho Chi Minh City), Nguyen Duc Duy (23 years old, from Dong Thap Province), and Vu Trong Nghia (31 years old, from Tay Ninh Province).
Previously, at approximately 8:20 PM on July 5, the Ho Chi Minh City Police received a report from the Lam Dong Traffic Police Department about deploying forces, means, and resources to investigate and trace those involved.
During the investigation process, at 10:20 PM the same day, information was received that the suspects were present in Lien Huong Commune (Lam Dong Province). The head of the Traffic Police Department had directed the traffic police forces in District 2 to cooperate with the police of Lien Huong commune to apprehend the suspects.

At 12:10 AM on July 6, the traffic police forces arrested the three suspects at H.T. guesthouse (Lien Huong commune). After that, the suspects were taken to the Lien Huong commune police station for further investigation.
On July 4, many clips were circulated on social media showing a man attacking two minors, causing outrage. Upon investigation, the incident occurred at an internet cafe on Nguyen Anh Thu Street, Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
In a nearly one-minute long clip, a man in a black shirt repeatedly assaulted the two minors in the area designated for motorcycles. This individual used various objects, including a trash can, a mop, hands, and feet to strike the two minors.
Despite being assaulted, one minor exhibited unexpected resilience, continuing to use his feet to kick at the assailant in a wild manner.
According to information from the individual recording the clip, the two assaulted minors were game shop attendants, while the two assailants were students.
The Ho Chi Minh City Police are continuing to investigate the incident and will handle it according to regulations.
