Nearly five years have passed since HBO’s epic series, Game of Thrones, came to an end, but a new experience in Westeros is about to be unveiled.
The title is game Game of Thrones: Kingsroad. And there’s good news for gamers as the Early Access version of this role-playing game has officially launched on Steam.

First introduced at the Game Awards 2024, and developed by Netmarble, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad will immerse players in the role of a Tyrell House member – a noble family from the South – stepping into a vast open world and delving into intricate storylines.
The storyline of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is uniquely crafted, bringing players to iconic locations such as King’s Landing and Castle Black. During their journey, players will encounter familiar characters like Jon Snow, Cersei Lannister, Lord Varys, and many others. The game features three character classes for players to choose from: Knight, Assassin, or Sellsword. The skill systems and combat mechanics will be tailored according to the chosen character class, allowing players to make strategic decisions before committing to a specific combat style. All three character classes will be available on Steam and are recommended for mobile devices.

Set against the backdrop of the final season of Game of Thrones, the choices players make will significantly influence the fate of Westeros, affecting major plotlines from the series. While the main goal is to resurrect the glory of their noble house, players will also have to contend with the Night’s Watch to prepare for a new threat from the White Walkers. Players can access the Early Access version now on Steam. Additionally, gamers can also register in advance for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad on all platforms, including Steam, Android, and iOS.

Expected to officially launch in 2025 on PC via Steam and Windows Launcher, as well as on mobile platforms iOS and Android, there is some unfortunate news for Vietnamese players: this game does not currently support the Vietnam region.
