While many game enthusiasts are still eagerly awaiting news about Half-Life 3, others have discovered a refreshing alternative.
Although it may be some time before Valve’s legendary science fiction FPS makes a return, right now, Abiotic Factor has delivered exactly what fans have been hoping for: an intense survival battle against mysterious extraterrestrial threats.

Developed by Deep Field Games, Abiotic Factor draws inspiration from the stories of Gordon Freeman. This is a cooperative survival game that allows players to team up and embark on thrilling adventures together.
Players will need to navigate through research centers, fend off hostile alien forces, and explore various spatial dimensions. With a design style reminiscent of the 1998 Half-Life, Abiotic Factor skillfully balances elements of horror and humor, quickly capturing the hearts of the gaming community that loves survival games.

Deep Field Games has confirmed that the new price will be applied prior to the major update release. The reason for this is to avoid issues related to price changes on Steam on the exact day of release, while also ensuring that the promotional offers are conducted smoothly. Specifically, Abiotic Factor is currently discounted by 20% on Steam, costing approximately 250,000 VND. However, this promotional price will end by next May. Notably, players who purchase the game during the Early Access phase will be upgraded for free to the Supporter’s Edition when the official version is released, along with exclusive skin rewards for the community players.

Recently in February, Deep Field Games expanded their research area with the update titled Dark Energy. The upcoming major update named Cold Fusion will mark the transition from Early Access to the official game phase. Alongside this, the game will also introduce a new area called the Residence Sector, improved gear through the Enhancement Bench, and enhancements to the core gameplay experience, promising a wealth of new utilities to elevate player interactions.
