According to reports, the images capture a moment where Amber Heard appears to be close to her then-boyfriend Elon Musk, right in the elevator leading to Johnny Depp’s apartment. It is known that this evidence was presented by Depp’s legal team. This evidence is considered a key piece against Amber Heard in court.

Previously, Amber Heard’s then-boyfriend Elon Musk has been known to have begun dating the 33-year-old actress after she separated from Johnny Depp. The two were only officially together after Heard and Depp broke up. However, the presented evidence strongly contradicts these claims.
In fact, this was not the first time Amber Heard was caught getting close with another man in the very same elevator at Johnny Depp’s apartment. She was also recorded being affectionate with James Franco during this month.
The video recording took place on May 22, 2016, just one day after Amber Heard called the police to her home and accused Johnny Depp of physical assault. Thus, the Aquaman actress had been involved with at least two other men right in the home of her then-husband.
