The game currently making waves in the gaming community is Tides of Annihilation – a new title recently introduced at the State of Play event.
According to the announcements, Tides of Annihilation is a single-player action-adventure RPG developed by Eclipse Glow Games. Right from the initial images, Tides of Annihilation has made a strong impression with players thanks to its stunning graphics built on the cutting-edge Unreal Engine 5.
Scheduled for release in 2026, Tides of Annihilation has already sparked considerable excitement among gamers.
The game is set in a contemporary London, a city under siege by supernatural forces. Players will take on the role of Gwendolyn and explore iconic locations that symbolize London, confronting powerful adversaries inspired by Arthurian legends. Tides of Annihilation also showcases colossal bosses that are as large as skyscrapers.
Just the mere mention of it has left gamers excited. However, it’s worth noting that although the game has its own dedicated page on Steam, Tides of Annihilation does not currently support the Vietnamese region. This situation reflects a broader trend where Vietnamese gamers often find themselves unable to purchase or experience such blockbuster titles upon their release.
Tides of Annihilation will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. The studio behind this title, Eclipse Glow Games, is a new developer based in Dalian, China, supported by initial funding from Tencent. Following the success of titles like Black Myth: Wukong, Chinese developers are increasingly focusing on the blockbuster gaming market.
