Fans of the series have witnessed an intense showdown between Boruto Uzumaki and Jura, the most formidable God of Destruction in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Chapter 102, which simultaneously unveiled secrets about Jura’s identity and the limitations of the Uzuhiko technique.
The Scene at the Sand Village: Sarada in Danger, Jura Emerges
Chapter 102 kicks off with the Ryu clan after being attacked and transformed into the Gai Hon, with Sarada immediately in peril. Mitsuki senses an urgent threat and orders Araya to bring Gai Hon to assist Shinki while trying to gather information about the Grimes situation.

At the same time, Jura teleports to the Sand Village through one of the Grimes at the front lines of the Ryu battle. Araya realizes the danger, and Mitsuki confirms that the one they are facing is none other than “God of Destruction” Jura, just as described. Jura shows little interest in Mitsuki or Araya, focusing solely on Uchiha Sarada at one point before moving in a different direction.
The Secrets Behind Gai Hon and Jura

Switching scenes to Boruto and Konohamaru, the intense situation involving Matsuri also shifts to Gai Hon. Konohamaru is astounded by Boruto’s reckless actions, yet Boruto insists that the God of Destruction and Matsuri were quite powerful, suggesting that the previous incident was not merely a coincidence. The confirmation indicates they are creating an explosive situation at Gai Hon, while also warning Jura has arrived.
Konohamaru also notes the connection between Gai Hon and asks Boruto if this situation could revive Moegi’s current state?

Knowing Jura is approaching, Boruto quickly throws shurikens around to potentially utilize the Flying Thunder Technique. His commands to Konohamaru to remain at Gai Hon, following Sarada and others, lead them to the battlefield where they first encounter the shinobi of the Sand Village.
A Fierce Clash: Boruto vs. Jura
Jura spots Boruto and flies towards him at high speed. Immediately, Jura launches a Rinnegan Bomb towards Boruto and Konohamaru. Boruto quickly grabs Konohamaru and avoids the blast. Suddenly, Boruto throws Konohamaru aside, and although Konohamaru is distanced from Gai Hon, every action taken doesn’t escape Jura’s watchful eyes.

Just as Jura sees Konohamaru, Boruto appears and unleashes a Rasengan blast from behind. While being overwhelmed by the Rasengan attack, Jura turns around and counters Boruto with the Rinnegan Bomb. Fortunately, Boruto manages to evade the counter-attack using the Flying Thunder Technique.

While Jura is still distracted, Boruto once again appears from behind and attempts to strike back with his katana. However, Jura swiftly dodges the attack. Jura comments: “Transitioning positions with the Flying Thunder Technique is indeed interesting. Battling against a formidable opponent like this makes one feel fortunate.”
The Limitations of Uzuhiko Rasengan and Jura’s Commentary
The scene then shifts to Eida and Kashin Koji, where it’s rumored that Boruto has no chance of defeating Jura. Kashin Koji explains that utilizing the Flying Thunder Technique to maneuver is quite difficult and that Boruto’s ability to sense chakra-bearing objects becomes increasingly challenging, especially when facing a powerful opponent.
Koji suggests that Boruto is placing everyone else in danger if the situation escalates, especially since Jura could also obtain Gai Hon from Matsuri and Ryu. Boruto believes that by confronting Jura, he could create an opportunity for Konohamaru, Sarada, and others to find safety.
The battle between Jura and Boruto continues. Jura insists: “I think the ones who know, Otsutsuki Boruto, came here to kill. Because once you step into Gai Hon, regardless of the reason, everyone here knows too much about the God of Destruction.” Jura acknowledges that Boruto’s knowledge about the God of Destruction could pose a problem for him.
“Let me take the lead. I think others can also understand that the attack was not meant to be taken lightly, but the one who is determined to come here to settle my affairs. In other words, love can lead one to death,” Jura continues to provoke.
As Boruto struggles to escape, Jura’s katana has already vanished. Boruto warns Jura that he has something of great value that he doesn’t want to lose and if Jura does anything to his katana, he would rather die than lose it. Jura responds that if Boruto continues to speak of his worth, he would surely kill him.

Boruto retorts: “It could be said that they are right about love being a weakness and also a strong point of the person beside us, but…” and prepares to use the Uzuhiko Rasengan at Jura’s point. Boruto declares: “That is the reason why the person will always be a tree.” Boruto launches the Uzuhiko Rasengan straight at Jura and states: “The world seems to spin around correctly, right? The balance of the person has vanished, and no one can fly anymore. I think that now no one can stand steadily anymore.”

However, the next moment causes Boruto to be speechless: Jura collapses after being hit by the Uzuhiko Rasengan. Jura explains: “Uzuhiko operates on the principle of reflecting the Rinnegan Bomb, which is why it can be nullified.”
Chapter 102 has provided a clearer view of Boruto’s current limitations while also highlighting Jura’s strength and capabilities, a formidable opponent who is not easily defeated.
