Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is currently entering a critical phase, with various Shinju participating in an all-out battle against the strongest shinobi of Konoha. Boruto Uzumaki has already faced off against Jura, and the upcoming battles are expected to be even more intense. However, if there is one element that fans are eagerly anticipating to witness, it is definitely the return of Naruto Uzumaki.
Fans know that Naruto Uzumaki is the heart of the entire series, regardless of whether the story revolves around his son or not. His return is highly anticipated, and when that moment occurs, fans are sure to feel a significant surge of excitement surrounding a potential new Tailed Beast. Of course, Naruto was once a Jinchuriki in the past, which means that his becoming a Jinchuriki again is not a far-fetched idea for any fan.
How Naruto Uzumaki Lost His Tailed Beast
Naruto Uzumaki and Kurama have been together for many decades, forming a bond that fans cherish deeply. Together, they have made each other stronger, to the point where even an Otsutsuki would struggle to defeat them. However, when Isshiki appeared, Naruto Uzumaki needed a greater power to ensure his victory.

To achieve this, Kurama proposed the use of the Baryon Mode. In exchange for a significant boost in power that would allow Naruto to completely overpower Isshiki, Kurama would lose his life in the process. Consequently, Naruto Uzumaki no longer possesses a Tailed Beast, and even more importantly, fans have seen him struggle in many instances, particularly during battles against Code. It is quite clear that Naruto Uzumaki needs a new source of power, and he needs it soon.
Why Kishimoto Might Give Naruto Another Tailed Beast?
For a long time, fans have held onto the idea that Kurama and Naruto might reunite at some point in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. However, this idea was effectively dashed when Kurama was actually reincarnated within Himawari Uzumaki through some means. In other words, Himawari is now Kurama’s Jinchuriki, meaning Naruto Uzumaki can no longer access the power of that fox. Nevertheless, this does not mean that Naruto cannot still access the power of the Tailed Beasts.

In fact, Kishimoto has established a solid foundation for Naruto to obtain Tailed Beast powers in various ways. For example, Naruto could potentially search for other Tailed Beasts still in existence and then request a chakra supply from them once again. He has previously formed connections with these Tailed Beasts in the past.
However, more importantly, there is one Tailed Beast from which Naruto could potentially gain power in the future, which is the Ten-Tails. Currently, the Shinju is believed to have evolved from the Ten-Tails. However, in the end, they must be dealt with either way. The Ten-Tails could potentially be reincarnated when the Shinju is destroyed, and at that time, whoever emerges will have to seal the Ten-Tails away. The best way to do this was established by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, who sealed it away within himself. Naruto might be able to do something similar and become the next Human-Sized Tailed Beast.
How Strong Will Naruto Become?

With the power of the Ten-Tails, Naruto Uzumaki will be incredibly powerful. In reality, Naruto’s resurrection would almost certainly be inevitable, and he will also undergo further training in Konoha once again. This also means that Naruto Uzumaki could once again participate in all actions alongside his son, Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada, and even Kawaki, and it would be quite thrilling to see how this plays out.
