As fans already know, the conclusion of the manga/anime Naruto Shippuden left many “twists,” causing readers to become increasingly intrigued. This includes the involvement of Black Zetsu – who managed to deceive Uchiha Madara to fulfill the resurrection of Kaguya Otsutsuki.
In the end, despite facing immense challenges, Naruto and Sasuke teamed up to combat the Divine Tree and once again received immense power bestowed by Hagoromo Otsutsuki.
However, if Black Zetsu had not misled Madara, or if he had escaped from the grasp of the deception, what would have happened? Would Naruto and Sasuke have been able to defeat Madara while he was the Jinchuuriki of the Ten-Tails, especially when they were facing the Rinne-Sharingan? It is indeed possible, and it is even more intriguing to consider the “human element” involved.

In the Naruto series, although Madara is a formidable character with incredible abilities and battle experience, even when he obtains a massive power boost as the Jinchuuriki of the Ten-Tails, his strength is still inferior to that of the Divine Tree.
The clearest proof is that Kaguya can manipulate dimensions from a distance, instantly altering size and moving through time at will. Her All-Killing Ash Bones technique can instantly reduce anything it touches to ash, including the fully realized Susano’o of Sasuke.

Kaguya is undeniably too powerful – to the extent that during the battle between Naruto and Sasuke, confronting her proved to be exceedingly difficult, as they could only attempt to defend against the Divine Tree without the ability to seize her chakra.

As for Madara, while he is indeed very strong, there are still signs indicating that he would not be the ultimate enemy of Naruto and Sasuke. Madara’s offensive techniques would also be countered by their combined efforts, meaning that even Limbo clones would no longer pose a significant threat to both of them. While Sasuke could observe them with his Rinnegan, Naruto could sense them through his Sage Mode.
Thus, if Madara is considered the “final boss,” Naruto and Sasuke would indeed face a much more formidable challenge ahead.
