Abomination
Emil Blonsky, also known as Abomination, is one of the most powerful antagonists in the Marvel cinematic universe. He was last seen in “The Incredible Hulk,” where he faced off against our beloved green giant, Hulk.
Of course, Hulk remains the main character, and ultimately, he defeats Abomination. However, many fans still have a soft spot for this character and hope that one day, Abomination will return to battle Hulk once more. There is something truly spectacular about watching these two titans clash in epic battles.
Unfortunately, the hopes of fans may be difficult to realize, as the future of standalone Hulk films is quite uncertain, and there is no current plan for the character to appear in Marvel’s upcoming projects.
Red Skull
Red Skull is a significant villain in the Marvel Comics universe, causing quite a stir among fans. He is known as the archenemy of Captain America and even played a role in the assassination of Captain America following the Civil War storyline.
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, many fans believe that Red Skull has not truly died but rather transitioned to another dimension to plot his revenge against Captain America during the Civil War. However, Captain America: Civil War has already aired, and it’s clear that Captain America did not face the same assassination threat as in the comics, suggesting that filmmakers have consciously avoided this storyline while still keeping Red Skull relevant.
Jane Foster
Jane Foster, portrayed by Natalie Portman, is a prominent character in the Thor films, but she hasn’t left a significant impact on the audience. She is depicted as a beautiful, intelligent, and humorous woman, especially known for being the love interest of the God of Thunder, Thor.
However, in reality, fans find it difficult to see Jane Foster’s reappearance in future films due to her lack of significant contributions to the plot or character development. Moreover, the romantic scenes between her and Thor lack depth and fail to create a lasting impression. This raises the question of why Jane Foster has not appeared in recent Thor films.
Justin Hammer
Although Iron Man 2 did not receive high praise, even being considered one of the weaker entries in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we cannot overlook the character of Justin Hammer, who still managed to leave an impression on viewers.
Justin Hammer plays the role of a rival industrialist to Tony Stark, and although he is unable to create weapons as advanced as Stark, his humorous antics leave a lasting impression. While the Marvel universe has since transitioned to more formidable villains, it is still hard to imagine Justin Hammer returning in future Iron Man films.
Samuel Sterns
Are you a fan of the Hulk? If so, you may remember a minor detail from The Incredible Hulk involving Samuel Sterns, the scientist who helps Bruce Banner find a cure but ultimately faces a tragic fate.
During this process, Sterns was exposed to gamma radiation, which caused him to undergo mutations that could lead to him becoming The Leader, a powerful villain in the Hulk’s universe. However, it seems that Marvel has completely forgotten about this character.
Pepper Potts
Pepper Potts has been considered a significant character in the Iron Man films. In fact, in Iron Man 3, she even participates in some action scenes, leading audiences to speculate that she could become a superhero in the future.
However, Marvel may not be interested in continuing to develop Pepper Potts as a superhero, as she fits more comfortably into her role as a capable businesswoman managing Stark Industries. This is evidenced by her absence in Captain America: Civil War and her diminished role in the later films, which has left Tony Stark in a state of melancholy.
