On July 4, 2025, through monitoring activities on social media pages, the Tan Thoi Hiep Ward Police discovered and reported to the local people’s committee regarding a Facebook account operated anonymously in the group “VIETNAM 24H” with content about a “Tiger Gaming clip” on To Ky Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12 (HCMC), which involved “interacting” with two customers who were second-grade students.

Immediately after receiving the information, the local people’s committee directed the police to conduct an investigation and identify the location where the incident took place, which was at the Tiger Gaming internet café, located at 98C Nguyen Anh Thu, Block 58, Tan Thoi Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, occurring around 2:30 AM on March 23, 2025.
According to the report from the police through an investigation since the incident, no one had reported it. The police collaborated with the PC02 Department to conduct an investigation, verifying the identities of the two minors involved in the clip, including:
– H.T.L, (born April 2, 2011),
– V.M.H. (born March 14, 2012).
The police are working on the case, while L. was present at the scene, and H. is still being pursued. The police are also questioning the staff of the Tiger Gaming internet café to identify the cause of the incident, which was due to the two minors in the gaming room not logging into their accounts but instead using someone else’s account.
The staff had sent a message via Zalo to the café owner, Nguyen Vu Hao (born 1995).
When Nguyen Vu Hao returned to meet the two minors, the incident occurred as shown in the clip.
The local people’s committee has directed the police and relevant departments to urgently investigate the conditions of operation in accordance with regulations concerning the Tiger Gaming internet café, and will decisively handle any violations if found.
