The latest episodes of Dragon Ball Daima continue to reveal intriguing details about the main characters. Notably, episode 10 has unveiled the limitations of Panzy and Glorio, which may include all living creatures in the Great Evil Universe.
Dragon Ball DAIMA Explores Why Goku’s Power is Stronger Than Panzy and Glorio
After arriving at a mysterious planet and narrowly escaping from a formidable Kraken, Goku and his friends flew to a small planet that used to be the homeland of the Namekians. Immediately upon landing, Goku detected the energy signatures of Vegeta, Bulma, and Piccolo. He flew over to greet them. Panzy and Glorio were both alive and present, feeling Goku’s immense presence from a considerable distance.

During this phase of the series, after the Majin Buu arc, it is particularly striking to see the Ki sensing technique (a skill that allows individuals to sense Ki and gauge strength levels) being described as a rare ability, considering the elevated power levels seen in Dragon Ball Z and beyond.
However, this detail harkens back to the early days of the original Dragon Ball series, indicating a connection that Dragon Ball Daima has intentionally referenced.
This is not the first time Goku has surprised Glorio with his Ki sensing technique. Previously, Goku had already confronted him and Shin in a surprise attack during episode 4.
Up until now, the ability to sense Ki has only been effectively demonstrated by Goku and his friends from Earth. It raises the question of whether beings in the Great Evil Universe lack this ability or simply do not know how to utilize the Ki sensing technique.
As for Piccolo – a Namekian residing on Earth, he could potentially use Ki sensing to discover various formless creatures, possibly including Gamisalas, who appeared in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes series.
Goku even goes further by astonishing Panzy with his Instant Transmission technique, a powerful skill that allows him to teleport to any location as long as he can sense the energy of a living being to establish a point of reference.
