Since the release of promotional material for Dragon Ball Daima, fans have been eagerly discussing the theories surrounding the new elements and characters that will shape this new anime storyline. In the latest introduction, Daima confirmed the significance of a location within Dragon Ball Heroes, known as the Demon Realm, which will play an important role in Goku’s new mission.
With the introduction of a familiar setting from the franchise, there is a strong possibility that characters from the Demon Realm may appear in the main storyline. Considering the importance of Towa and Mira in Heroes, this realm might be “coming soon” in October.
Let’s begin by analyzing the Dragon Ball Heroes series.
Initially, this was a digital card game released exclusively in Japan, and the storyline has since been adapted into its own manga and anime. Although Heroes is often not considered “canon,” this actually offers an advantage as it can explore plot twists that other games, like Dragon Ball Super, may not be able to.
Alongside the introduction of heroes and characters from the Dragon Ball Z saga and other related materials, it also presents new characters that will enrich the series. Towa and Mira serve as prime examples.

Who are Mira and Towa?
Towa is not only a prominent character in the Demon Realm; she is also the sister of Dabura, a notable character from the Majin Buu Saga in Dragon Ball Z. Unlike her brother, Towa does not possess high combat power to battle Goku and the Z Warriors directly. Instead, her strength comes from her intelligence and strategic abilities.
While in the Demon Realm, she created Mira as her servant by utilizing the DNA of a notable character and the technology of Dr. Gero.
Mira and Towa appear in several digital games in the Dragon Ball franchise, including the popular Xenoverse series, allowing players to create their own characters and participate in the Heroes’ Time Patrol. In the latest animated series, Super Dragon Ball Heroes, these characters have introduced a new entity named Fu.
Fu was first introduced in the game Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and later became prominent in Dragon Ball Heroes. He is a mysterious and cunning character, resulting from the fusion between Towa and the artificial human Mira. He embodies a conflict between the characteristics of his origin and those of the individuals surrounding him.

Why does Daima want to introduce the Demon Realm?
From what we have seen of Dragon Ball Daima so far, Akira Toriyama and Toei Animation have clearly planned for the introduction of this unique anime series. When the initial introduction was released, many anime fans speculated that it would significantly draw inspiration from Dragon Ball GT, particularly because Goku and his companions appear to have transformed into a younger version of themselves.
The introduction of the Demon Realm in the recent introduction seems to signify a recognition of the Heroes franchise.
Towa and Mira are a formidable duo, believed to be stronger than the surrounding characters, blending intelligence and combat prowess to challenge the Z Warriors. While it is not certain if the new versions of these characters will accurately represent the original creators of Heroes, if Toriyama and Toei do decide to expand life in the Demon Realm, these two will undoubtedly fit right in.
