It turns out Toyotaro considered the significance of color, opting for black over the previous golden hue. Previously, Frieza’s most powerful form was Golden, but now it has transitioned to Black Frieza.
Toyotaro stated, “We are discussing the highest power levels. Therefore, the upper form is black. It will not operate in the same way…“

Training there allowed him to condense what would have taken 10 years of training into a short period.
To put it simply, the transformation process that Frieza underwent was equivalent to 10 years of training outside. The motivation behind Frieza’s intense training stemmed from his desire not to continue losing to those two Saiyan warriors, hence he felt the need to increase his strength.
5. How powerful is Black Frieza?
