Even in patch 13.6, Draven continued to receive heavy nerfs, making the Binary composition harder to play effectively.
If Riot Games intends to change this, they have already introduced significant changes to enhance the strength of the Binary composition. Firstly, they have only increased the base damage alongside the new buffs received by this composition. Additionally, Swain has also received buffs that enhance his crowd control abilities, helping this composition to be tremendously powerful in matches. Elise Buffs in TFT Set 13

Additionally, two other champions, Swain and Gangplank, will also receive buffs to their crowd control capabilities, further empowering them and making them extremely formidable. When combined, they will create significant openings for Elise to unleash her skill shots and rapidly deal damage to opponents.
