VCS Star – Pham “Zeros” Minh Loc Officially Arrested
Not long ago, an image of VCS star – Pham “Zeros” Minh Loc surfaced on a rather reputable news outlet. However, the news only became credible once an official agency announced the matter. Nevertheless, the community has been abuzz with rumors, especially recently, a well-known streamer assessed Zeros’s situation as “not looking good at all.”

Recently, in a new announcement from the Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Procuracy, it was confirmed that Pham Minh Loc (Zeros) and his brother, Pham Minh Phuc (Minas), have been officially arrested under Article 321 of the Penal Code regarding gambling.
According to the announcement from the Ha Tinh Provincial Procuracy, the two brothers Minh Loc and Minh Phuc were “suspected of using their gaming battles as a basis for gambling with viewers” (direct quote from the Ha Tinh Provincial Procuracy). The minimum bet was set at 200,000 VND, with a maximum of 20,000,000 VND; the odds of winning were 1:1.9 (meaning if a player gambled 100,000 VND, they would receive 190,000 VND if they won), while a loss would result in a total forfeiture of the wagered amount.

During gaming competitions on October 30, 31, 2024, November 1, and November 3 and 4, 2024, the total money that Minh Loc’s team garnered reached over 132 million VND.
VCS Fans Are Disheartened Over Zeros Minh Loc
It can be said that it is rare for any professional League of Legends player to capture the attention of fans in Vietnam as much as Minh Loc has. Despite his departure from professional League of Legends, he still enjoys a dedicated fanbase, streams successfully, and has famous brothers supporting him, not to mention a beautiful girlfriend by his side.

According to the announcement from the Ha Tinh Provincial Procuracy, investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances surrounding this case.
