VCS Star Faces Risk of Unemployment
In a recent turn of events, information regarding VCS players has caused a stir in the community. With not many players eligible for the VCS, it seems like a wild card entry is emerging. However, in previous years, Slayder stood out as a notable name. The only issue is that the proportion of this player’s involvement has become increasingly slim. After a challenging period, Slayder’s time at GAM Esports saw some success, but he recently shocked fans by deciding to move abroad to the West. Yet, as of late, this superstar faces the looming threat of unemployment.

Specifically, in an official statement shared on his personal X channel, Slayder revealed that he and his current team (BBL Dark Passage) might not continue their partnership in the near future. This team has allowed Slayder to explore new opportunities.

For those who may not be aware, Slayder’s current form is not great. After a period of initial success, Slayder has been struggling lately. This has also made it challenging for his team. In the TCL Winter, they only managed to finish in seventh place. Additionally, at the end of February, Slayder and BBL Dark Passage faced a tough time in the league.

VCS Fans Concerned About Superstar Slayder
With Slayder’s current situation, many opinions suggest he might be on the verge of… “self-destruction.” His ambitions seem entirely focused on personal achievements. However, the challenges faced by the Team Flash star are significant. During his time with GAM, Slayder had opportunities to participate in international tournaments. Yet, the discussions often revolved around his constant clashes with Levi or certain incidents that left GAM and VCS fans divided.

In contrast, Slayder’s performances at MSI or Worlds have not been particularly impressive. Transitioning to Europe or currently in Turkey, Slayder can no longer maintain a high-level form consistently. However, it remains a challenge for him to return to VCS due to the salary levels in Vietnam and the current competitive landscape, which does not favor Slayder’s return.
As he enters a phase of “survival,” it seems that Slayder might also need to take personal responsibility for his circumstances.
