As the highly anticipated Natlan region officially debuts in Genshin Impact’s 5.0 update, fans are eager to explore this new land that symbolizes the element of Fire. However, an unexpected detail has sparked vibrant discussions within the community: Natlan currently lacks any characters associated with the element of Fire. This has raised questions about the consistency of character representation in previous regions of the game.
From Mondstadt to Sumeru: Each Region’s Unique Archon and Character Representation
In Genshin Impact, each region features its own Archon and typically includes at least one significant character associated with that Archon. For instance, Mondstadt has Jean alongside Venti, Inazuma features Sara (or many believe Yae Miko), who assists Raiden Shogun, and Fontaine introduces the notable duo Furina and Neuvillette. There is speculation that a potential Fire version of the Traveler could fill this gap in the Natlan narrative.
