Update 5.4 of Genshin Impact is set to launch on February 12, 2025, alongside the banner for Yumemizuki Mizuki.
As always, the excitement surrounding this new five-star Anemo character is palpable, especially with the attention on the amount of Primogems available in the game. This will be a critical factor in determining how many pulls players can make, thus enhancing their chances of acquiring the new character.
In this version 5.4, miHoYo ensures that Genshin Impact players will not feel disappointed.
According to the latest leaks, there are accurate statistics regarding the amount of Primogems that players can expect in the new version. Specifically, if players purchase Welkin Moon along with the Battle Pass, they could receive up to 14,450 Primogems, which corresponds to approximately 90 pulls. This amount also serves as a baseline to ensure that Genshin Impact players can expect to obtain at least one five-star character like Yumemizuki Mizuki.
Of course, this is just the minimum amount, as it still depends on the number of pulls accumulated prior to the new update by each player. Importantly, even Free-to-Play (F2P) players will also be able to earn up to 9,350 Primogems (approximately 58 pulls). The majority of free Primogems can be earned by completing daily commissions and progressing through the levels in the Archon Quests. If players also manage to complete the Imaginarium Theater, an additional 800 Primogems will be sent to their accounts.
It is important to note that HoYoverse may adjust these numbers, but it is certain that these will still be quite “generous” amounts that Genshin Impact players can expect to receive in this new update.
