Genshin Impact Must Revise Game Due to Players Being Too “Overpowered”
As you may know, Genshin Impact has just released version 5.4, and in this update, miHoYo has undertaken significant adjustments to various key aspects of the game. One notable change is that miHoYo has revised the cap on damage dealt by characters, increasing it from 9,999,999 to 20,000,000. This rapid adjustment has left many players thrilled and eager to showcase the extraordinary power of their characters.

It is essential to clarify that before version 5.4, the game had a damage limit of 9,999,999, which was already a significant threshold for a single attack. Any damage exceeding this limit would not be recorded in the game. This restriction had been in place for quite some time, making it challenging for players to achieve high damage numbers.

However, it seems that the adjustment is not sufficient to challenge Genshin Impact players at this stage. Many players have invested in powerful characters, creating formidable damage-dealing teams capable of achieving hundreds of millions of damage points in the blink of an eye.
Damage Cap of 20 Million Still Insufficient for Genshin Impact
Only a day after miHoYo established the new rules, there were players who quickly created teams capable of dealing 20 million damage points with just a single attack. Notably, the team composition used was Mavuika – Bennett – Citlali – Xilonen. After a series of impressive combos, Mavuika only needed a single attack to reach this damage milestone.

Moreover, this achievement is quite accessible, as the player managed to reach this damage amount even during their first attempt. Additionally, they did not need to rely on consumable items, and Xilonen and Citlali were not at their maximum power yet… With the influence of Hoả Thần, reaching a damage output of 20 million seems trivial to accomplish in just a moment.

Thus, miHoYo may need to consider expanding the damage cap for characters in future updates to enhance the challenge for players. Currently, even with a cap of 20 million, it seems insufficient to truly challenge Genshin Impact players at this point in time.
