Popular Jujutsu Kaisen Twitter/X Account Shares Insights
Myamura’s account shared this insightful information on Twitter/X. One fan commented: “Gege is truly a genius. JJK is his first manga, and while his writing may not be perfect, he has created memorable characters and stories. He holds great potential for the future.”
Another fan added: “He may be a great guy, but please write a better ending next time!”
Ultimately, it appears that fans are also accepting the absence of Jujutsu Kaisen part 2: “Gege writes exceptionally well. The ‘conclusion’ may not be the actual end but rather a prelude to what is coming next. It feels like the true ending revolves around Sukuna. This is Sukuna’s story, and there is a sense of fulfillment in it.”
Indeed, Jujutsu Kaisen is a shounen battle manga primarily focused on intense fights and powerful curses. The story is set in a world where curses are born from negative human emotions. These curses take various forms and prey on humanity.
While there are sorcerers battling these curses, the core of the narrative is woven tightly. The final battle takes place in Shinjuku, featuring a coalition of sorcerers against the curse king Sukuna, Kenjaku, and Uraume. Kenjaku is the first to descend, followed by Sukuna, and finally Uraume, who has previously been defeated.
In the end, Jujutsu Kaisen concludes with an open ending linked to Sukuna’s leftover fingers. The last finger is sealed in a box, leaving room for future developments.
