On July 12, the film crew of House of Fate held a premiere event in Hanoi, where they interacted with the audience and introduced the first episode of the series. In the film, Lê Bằng plays Hà Giang, a poor girl with simple dreams but constantly caught in complicated situations filled with misunderstandings and unexpected twists. This character also showcases a complex emotional transformation, which adds a lot of intrigue for the viewers.
During the event, Lê Bằng shared: “When I was offered the role in House of Fate, I felt very fortunate. However, this also brings a lot of pressure to me. Therefore, I have to be more careful in everything I do. I strive to improve myself every day. I also sought advice from the director (Đinh Tuấn Vũ) and received valuable recommendations to avoid scandals, ensuring that audiences love and remember me.”
Throughout the filming process, Lê Bằng received support from the cast to create a conducive environment for learning and honing her acting skills. Meritorious Artist Kim Xuân continuously provided feedback and detailed corrections for Bằng, while Meritorious Artist Trung Anh offered a calm and reassuring presence. In a press conference, artist Kim Xuân also revealed that Lê Bằng and other supporting actors in the cast sought to learn from artist Trung Anh to enhance their performance.
House of Fate, directed by Đinh Tuấn Vũ, consists of a total of 12 episodes. The film has garnered attention with its unique plot, based on a tragic traffic accident that claimed the lives of seven people from the same family, leaving only an eight-year-old girl, Thanh Mỵ (played by Nhã Uyên), surviving. In addition to Tuấn Tú and Lưu Huyền Trang, the project features an impressive cast including Meritorious Artists Kim Xuân, Trung Anh, Nhân Phúc Vinh, Lê Bằng, Samuel An, and Hương Giang.
Thanh Mỵ, the only surviving family member, despite her struggles, does not recognize her uncle and is completely unaware of her own identity and family background. According to the suggestion from her aunt, Kim (played by Hương Giang), she should create a new family environment for Thanh Mỵ to live happily and comfortably as before, with hopes of quickly restoring the child’s mental state with minimal trauma.
Huân (Nhân Phúc Vinh plays) – a charismatic character – is set up to be the guardian of Thanh Mỵ with a generous salary. He quickly searches for seven family members to play the role of the girl’s relatives. A family dynamic filled with various backgrounds and personalities is formed. From unfamiliar individuals, they must learn to coexist harmoniously to bring happiness back to Thanh Mỵ.
After the initial chaos and misunderstandings, they gradually bond closer, and each member embarks on their own journey of maturity with the support of those remaining. These life experiences will eventually help restore Thanh Mỵ’s lost childhood…
The film is scheduled to premiere on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting from July 17.
