On June 5th, the Food Safety Authority (Ministry of Health) announced that it had received reports from the Food Safety Department of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the inspection and verification of the production and business activities, as well as the advertising of some weight-loss products promoted by DJ Ngân 98, including X1000, weight-loss capsules X3 (Super Detox X3), and X7 Plus.
Initial verification revealed that distribution companies such as Zubu Trading and Services Co., Ltd. and ZUBU Trading and Services Co., Ltd. have temporarily ceased operations and are no longer available for contact. Therefore, the Food Safety Department of Ho Chi Minh City has not been able to clearly verify whether these products from the mentioned entities are still circulating in the market.
Immediately after receiving the report from the Food Safety Department of Ho Chi Minh City, the Food Safety Authority sent a written request to the Departments of Market Management, local Departments of Health, the Food Safety Department, and local Food Safety Sub-Departments to urgently conduct inspections, verify, and collect samples from the market, and deal with violations (if any) concerning the products mentioned in accordance with the regulations.
To ensure the health safety of consumers and prevent potential health risks related to food safety, the Food Safety Authority advises the public not to purchase or use products named X1000, weight-loss capsules X3 (Super Detox X3), and X7 Plus (produced by Nano Tesla Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located in Dan Phuong Industrial Zone, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi) while the authorities complete the inspection and verification of these products.
Previously, information from Lao Dong newspaper indicated that the Food Safety Authority also noted that, through verification of the online service platform, only X7 Plus was recognized as a health protection food product that received a registration certificate from the Authority. Specifically, this product is from ZUBU Trading and Services Co., Ltd., located at 154 Phạm Văn Chiêu, Ward 9, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The products are manufactured by Nano Tesla Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co., Ltd., located in Dan Phuong Industrial Zone, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi, with registration number 5297/2021/ĐKSP dated June 14, 2021.
The Food Safety Authority emphasizes that it does not endorse any advertising content related to the products mentioned above.
