On May 21, with 2.2 million followers on her Facebook fan page, Ngân 98 unexpectedly released a clip discussing the recent controversies surrounding her products that are being sold, which allegedly do not guarantee quality, and stated that the samples she has are official submissions to the Food Safety Authority of Ho Chi Minh City.
Specifically, Ngân 98 asserted that the products she represents are clearly tested for quality assurance for consumers, and she herself has already undergone cross-testing.
She claims that the slanderous actions, which affect her reputation and the products she is currently promoting, have signs of unhealthy competition, and she has filed a complaint with the relevant authorities to protect the rights of both the business and consumers.
“X7 Plus capsules, Super Detox X3 capsules, and X1000 capsules are products that are implemented in accordance with the regulations,” Ngân 98 stated in the video.
Regarding information that her products contain prohibited substances, Ngân 98 firmly denied that it is a false accusation.
Currently, she and the relevant authorities have filed a complaint against the actions of those who are disseminating misinformation about her products and have sent a report to the competent agency to handle the case.
On the same day, in the afternoon of May 21, a source from Labor Newspaper reported that the authorities had inspected ZUBU Trading and Service Co., Ltd., located at Phạm Văn Chiêu Street, Gò Vấp District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Recently, there has been a surge of information surrounding the X1000 weight loss product related to the stage name of DJ Ngân 98, which does not guarantee quality.
However, at the inspection site, a source from Labor Newspaper reported that there was no company named ZUBU; a query on the system revealed that this company had ceased operations.
This company continues to verify information regarding its product registration file, production company (based in Hanoi), while also trying to establish direct contact with Ngân 98 to clarify related issues.
As of late afternoon on May 21, reporters from Labor Newspaper observed at the address 154 Phạm Văn Chiêu, Gò Vấp District, Ho Chi Minh City – where ZUBU Trading and Service Co., Ltd. is registered, that there was a sign bearing the name of this company inside the building.
However, when the reporter approached and inquired with the security personnel about ZUBU’s operations there, the individual responded vaguely: “I don’t know!”.
It is noteworthy that when asked to clarify information due to the still ambiguous situation, the staff member hesitated and said, “Since the contact, I don’t know!”. After that, this person quickly waved goodbye and hurriedly shut the door of the building.
According to observations, currently, the website of Ngân 98’s shop, which is introduced on Facebook with a blue tick, is inaccessible. However, the X1000 weight loss product is still being sold on some online trading platforms.
DJ Ngân 98 (Võ Thị Ngọc Ngân) frequently livestreams selling products, including weight loss items. She often posts clips of her maintaining a slim figure while promoting her weight loss products.
Furthermore, the weight loss product Ngân 98 has also made its presence known in the market.
