Although this revelation follows the earlier chapter where Joy Boy’s Haki was somewhat obscured, it shatters the long-held belief among fans regarding Shanks’ absolute power. While Shanks is undoubtedly one of the strongest figures associated with Haki, he may not hold the top spot anymore.
