Loki is a newly introduced character in One Piece during the Elbaf arc, although readers have previously encountered hints about him through the Whole Cake Island arc via Big Mom. Loki is set to be an important character in the Elbaf arc, as the prince of the land, he may ally with Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates.
After a period of speculation, the final design of Loki has finally been revealed in the color spread from Chapter 111 by Oda, which was disclosed today.
The Color Design of Loki in One Piece Unveiled
The cover of One Piece Volume 111 has been unveiled. Specifically, this color spread by Oda was released, and fans can watch the complete video of the entire process to see the gradual development and many different changes made by the author, including design aspects and color choices.
However, the most noteworthy point is Loki, the prince of Elbaf. This is Loki’s first appearance on the cover, and it is significant because this is the first time the fans have received the official color palette of this character from Oda.
In the coloring process for Loki, Oda used a variety of different colors for his hair, cape, and outfit.
Regarding his hair, Oda experimented with shades of blonde, red, dark green, light green, and purple. Ultimately, the pink color was chosen by Oda, along with a purple cape and a dark gray outfit.

When Will One Piece Volume 111 Be Released?
Currently, the fans have only seen a draft of the cover, so it should be noted that while these are the official colors chosen by Oda, all of them will likely appear much more vibrant when the final product is released and printed. Oda’s choice of colors for Loki may spark some debate among fans, but One Piece characters are always depicted with a variety of colors, so this is not something new and will look even more striking in the final printed version.

The cover will be fully revealed when the volume is published, or about a week before it is officially released, so fans can expect to see the official cover around March 4, 2025.
