One Piece by Eiichiro Oda has entered its Final Saga, and many questions remain about the events and characters that have yet to be answered. One of the key points of interest is the intentions of Shanks. Clearly, among all the characters introduced early in the story, Shanks stands out as the most intriguing figure, compelling fans to eagerly follow his journey.

In a recent chapter, it was noted that Shanks is the most prominent figure among the current Yonko, having received this title only six years ago. However, the circumstances surrounding how Shanks became a Yonko have not yet been revealed.
With the detailed information from One Piece Chapter 1136 now available online, the events that have unfolded over the past six years are finally coming to light.
Chapter 1136 is titled ‘The Land of the Gods’, where the legend of the Sky God is further unveiled. According to some sources, the Sky God will play a role as a liberator of Elbaf, while others speculate that this deity will be a formidable adversary.
However, what truly captivates the audience’s attention is the unfolding narrative surrounding the conflict between Loki and King Harald, as well as how Shanks intervened against the Elbaf King. It turns out that after the assassination of King Harald, Loki was motivated to create chaos, but he was ultimately stopped by Shanks six years prior and brought back to Elbaf.

Prior to this information, fans were incredibly excited. After all, Shanks is the idol of the main character, Monkey D. Luffy. Therefore, both characters are crucial in their respective quests to attain the title of Yonko.
A One Piece fan stated: “After so many years, I finally discovered how he became a Yonko six years ago, by taking down Loki. I am genuinely eager to see more stories about Shanks.”

Meanwhile, Zoro, after hearing the tale, is also intrigued by the hidden power of the Elbaf King and wishes to test his limits against Loki. Consequently, Luffy, Nami, and Zoro decide to retrieve the key to free Loki from captivity.
Additionally, the two characters secretly plotting in Elbaf are also keen to meet Loki, with the intention of drawing him into the alliance with the Straw Hat crew, although he initially refuses. The mysterious figure is named Gunko, who surprisingly resembles Shanks but is not elaborated upon.
Gunko attempted to intimidate Loki with his strength, only for a wolf to appear to assist him. Despite using the wolf’s fierce nature to intimidate Loki, he still chose to reject joining forces, as his ultimate goal is to annihilate the world.
