Peanut’s Performance Ranked Lowest Among Top 4 LCK Teams
As of the Regular Seasons 2025, Hanwha Life Esports is currently one of the two teams (alongside Gen.G) on a lengthy winning streak and has only recently been “shut down” by KT Rolster in the first week of the seventh round. Looking at the statistics, it can be observed that the figures are quite impressive, and HLE seems to be maintaining a good form since the LCK Cup 2025. However, when considering the performance of Peanut, he currently ranks as the weakest player among the top four junglers in LCK, which includes Peanut, Oner, Canyon, and Cuzz.

According to statistics after the first week of the seventh round, Peanut is now at the bottom of the top four or just outside the top tier in several crucial metrics for a jungler. Specifically, his kill count, KDA, and overall presence in the first 10 minutes of the game rank him at the bottom, placing him in the tenth position among all junglers in the LCK, not just the top four.
In addition to that, Peanut and Oner are currently the only two junglers among the top four who have not yet met any major objectives. Cuzz has the highest objective control with four objectives, while Canyon has three.

One could “justify” Peanut’s performance by noting that he often plays a tank-oriented role, which doesn’t require much resource allocation to effectively support the carries like Zeus, Zeka, and Viper. However, it must be clarified that HLE also struggles to maintain a strong game performance when their jungler isn’t in top form. For instance, in the first match against Gen.G, Peanut was completely “absent.” The second game was almost identical, and it wasn’t until Canyon continuously made mistakes that HLE managed to find their victory.

HLE Uncertain for MSI Qualification
Considering what has been displayed, HLE is still rated higher than T1 and any other team aside from Gen.G currently. However, it is clear that this does not guarantee a spot at MSI 2025 for HLE if they continue to perform as they currently are.
In the current meta, the jungler role is extremely vital and will significantly impact the game. If Peanut cannot regain top form, HLE may struggle to compete with other teams as the primary goal is to secure a spot at the upcoming MSI.
